How We Collect Consent

Rokstr Sports collects SMS consent through web opt-in. When you create an account or visit your notification settings on our website or app, you may choose to receive text message notifications by affirmatively checking the opt-in box shown below. The box is unchecked by default, and consent is never a condition of creating an account or making a purchase.

We record the date, time, phone number, and the consent language version at the moment you opt in.

Text me when new photos are available. By checking this box, I agree to receive automated text messages from Rokstr Sports at the phone number on my account, including alerts when new photos of my player are posted, gallery and order updates, and occasional account notices.

What Messages You'll Receive

New photo alerts — when new photos of your player are posted to your gallery.
Gallery & order updates — when a gallery is ready to view or an order is confirmed and shipped.
Account notices — occasional service messages related to your account.

Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency varies based on activity related to your team and player. Message and data rates may apply. Rokstr Sports does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

Opt-Out & Help

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages.

Parental Consent & Children's Privacy

Rokstr Sports is built around parent and guardian accounts. Phone numbers and SMS consent belong to the verified adult account holder — never to a child. All notifications about a player are sent only to the consenting parent or guardian on the account, consistent with our COPPA-compliant data practices.

Privacy
